Rapel, Cachapoal and Peumo
- Nested origins: Rapel is a subregion of Valle Central. Cachapoal is one of its two zones; Colchagua is the other.
- Peumo area: The legal Peumo area includes Peumo, Pichidegua, Las Cabras and San Vicente communes. A named estate’s soil or microclimate is narrower evidence than the whole area.
